Grants all allies [Celestial Loong Shield] with a Shield value equal to (600% ATK + 60000). If the target already has [Celestial Loong Shield], restores (600% ATK + 60000) HP to them instead. Meanwhile, reduces all enemies' Mastery by 30% and Crit DMG by 30% for 2 turns, while increasing all allies' Mastery and Crit DMG by the same amount for 2 turns. Each time an ally successfully triggers [Attribute Steal], restores HP equal to 50% of Scarlet Celestial Loong's ATK to all allies, and grants Scarlet Celestial Loong 2.5% Energy. Before Scarlet Celestial Loong casts the active skill, cleanses all Debuffs from all allies. When 5 allies with the [Direct DMG] tag are deployed, each time before casting active skill, increases all allies' Direct DMG dealt by 10% and ATK by 10%, up to 5 layers. At the beginning of a battle, for every 1 ally with the [Attribute Steal] tag deployed, Scarlet Celestial Loong gains 10% Energy and increases all allies' DMG RES by 10%. While allies with the [Attribute Steal] tag have [Celestial Loong Shield], DMG taken per hit cannot exceed 25% of their Max HP. Before Scarlet Celestial Loong casts the active skill, inflicts [Craven] on all enemies for 2 turns. [Craven]: Cannot gain any effects that increase Turn Meter, and Skill CD cannot be reduced or reset. If the target is a Boss, increases their Direct DMG taken by 100% for 2 turns.
