Thunderous ShoutActiveExclusive Lv.1 · Lv.3

Grants all allies [Mastery Up II] for 2 turns. Afterward, grants all allies [Snow Wall], lasting for 3 of Wael's turns. In the duration of [Snow Wall], 60% of the allies' DMG taken will be borne by Wael, this effect cannot be blocked.

Winter Bracer Lv.1At the beginning of each wave, Wael casts Thunderous Shout once immediately. Thunderous Shout also refreshes the duration of all allies' Attribute Buffs. All allies (excluding Wael) gain 1 layer of [Sturdy Physique] when Wael gains [Sturdy Physique], up to 40 layers.

Winter Bracer Lv.3For [Snow Wall] granted to every 1 ally by Wael, his DMG taken is reduced by 15%. For every 1 ally with the [Attribute Steal] tag deployed, Wael can be immune to control effects once before Wael's next turn starts. For every 5 allies with the [Attribute Steal] tag deployed or when a Boss exists: 1. [Snow Wall] granted by Thunderous Shout cannot be removed; when there are 3 or more allies alive, Wael cannot be killed. 2. Wael gains 1 layer of [Sturdy Physique] at the end of any unit's turn.

Tundra SpiritPassive

Restores 5% of Wael's Max HP for all allies when he is attacked by basic attacks or active skills. Wael gains 1 layer of [Sturdy Physique] when an ally steals attributes from enemies or deals [HP Burning] DMG to a boss. [Sturdy Physique]: Increases self Max HP by 1%, up to 100 layers, this effect can be triggered up to 2 times in any turn.

Glacial LightningActive

Steals 90% Skill DMG from all enemies (caps at 50% of Wael's initial Mastery, each target can be stolen once) and self gains 25% of the stolen attribute for 2 turns. Afterward, deals DMG by 20% of self Max HP to all enemies and additionally deals [HP Burning] DMG by (20%+1%*the number of layers of [Sturdy Physique] owned by self) of self Max HP.
