When another ally casts a skill on their own turn and Skadi is not in [Resonance Enhancement], she casts Frostmark Hunt to pursue and attack once (once before her action). Resonance version: hits all enemies for 10% Max HP Direct DMG, gives all allies 20% Turn Meter and [Frostforged Bastion] equal to 50% of her Max HP for 2 turns, and is the pursue-and-attack while in Resonance Enhancement.
